French pastry chef, Jean-Claude Berger has been whetting and
winning people’s appetites with his delicious culinary creations for over 50
years. A former Executive Chef for the
Four Seasons Hotels in Canada and the US, Jean-Claude found his true calling
when he joined the South Seattle Community College’s pastry program and over
the course of 18 years helped make it one of the top four pastry programs in
the country. His lovely and equally
talented wife, Marcia Sisley-Berger was the former Executive Pastry Chef at Ray’s
Boathouse and now runs CookieBox, a gourmet signature line of specialty cookies
that pair with wine. The two live in
West Seattle with their labradoodle, Coco.
